WHAT IS YOUR GUARANTEE?

We guarantee our products to be free of manufacturer defects. If you feel you received a defective product, please contact us. Because babies will be babies, normal wear and tear and/or damage is to be expected, and therefore not covered under our guarantee. Please provide supervision with all our toys and remove if damage is detected.

WHAT CREDIT CARDS DO YOU ACCEPT?

We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover cards. We also accept payment via PayPal.

CAN I PAY BY CHECK OR MONEY ORDER?

We do not accept checks at this time.  If you prefer, you can pay by money order.  Just print your order from our website and mail it to us along with your money order.  Your order will be processed and shipped upon receipt of payment.

HOW DO YOUR PRODUCTS SHIP?

Orders within the USA (including Alaska and Hawaii) ship via United States Postal Service (USPS) Priority Mail, Federal Express or UPS Ground.   

DO YOU SHIP OUTSIDE THE UNITED STATES?

Unfortunately, we are unable to ship internationally at this time.  We also are unable to ship to Puerto Rico.

HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO RECEIVE MY ORDER?

In-stock orders placed by 3pm CT are shipped within 1-2 business days. You will be notified of any exceptions. Standard shipping time is generally 3-9 business days.

Certain items (personalized items, etc.) are shipped to you directly from the manufacturer and may require additional time for delivery.

Our shipping charges are based on the total cost of your purchase and are calculated at the time of checkup.   We do provide for free shipping for total purchases over $99.99.  The free shipping applies to standard delivery only.

* Order must be placed by 1pm CT. Express Delivery and Next Day Delivery are valid for in-stock items only.   Your next day or express shipping charges will be adjusted to reflect the above rates/charges.   We will notify you of any billing changes.

WHAT IF I ONLY GET PART OF MY ORDER?

In order to provide you with the speediest service possible, items ordered together may not necessarily ship together.  This will not affect your shipping charges and your credit card will not be charged for any product that has not yet shipped.  You will be notified by email or phone if there are any delays in shipping.

WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?

You must be absolutely satisfied with everything you purchase from Larren's.  If for any reason you are not delighted with any product you buy from us, just return it in “as purchased” condition within 30 (thirty) days. We will promptly exchange it or refund the purchase price, whichever you prefer. You will be responsible for any and all shipping charges to return the item(s) to us unless we shipped an incorrect or damaged item. In these cases, please see “My order arrived damaged/incorrect, what now?”

In the case of exchanges, you will be responsible for shipping charges. Please allow 5-10 days for returns and exchanges to be processed.

IMPORTANT: Before you ship a return/exchange, please email customercare@larrens.com for a return RMA #. This number MUST be included on your return invoice. Returned and exchanged items must be UNWORN, UNALTERED AND UNWASHED, and ALL tags must still be attached. Damages to or omission of tags and original packaging from your return/exchange may result in a fee.  Products returned with a RMA are subject to a 25% restocking fee, due to additional processing costs caused by the unexpected returns.  We appreciate your help in keeping our costs and prices low!

MY ORDER ARRIVED DAMAGED, WHAT DO I DO?

If an item arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, you must notify us, by phone or email, within 48 hours of receipt. We will email you a USP Ground return label to place on the outside of the box so you can drop your package off at any UPS location. We will send an exchange or credit you for the item.

WHERE DO I SEND MY RETURN OR EXCHANGE?

HOW DO I MAKE A RETURN OR EXCHANGE?

Securely pack and seal the return merchandise in an appropriate shipping box or envelope, and include the invoice with RMA# and explanation why the item is being returned and whether you would like an exchange or refund. We recommend that you ship your return by a trackable method such as UPS or FedEx. If items are lost or damaged on their return trip to us, we cannot make a refund. If you are requesting an exchange, please note what product you would like in exchange for the one you are returning. Items received more than 30 days beyond the purchase date will be returned to you at our expense.

WHEN WILL MY CREDIT CARD BE REFUNDED?

Once your package has been received at Larren's, your refund will be processed in the original form of payment within 7-10 business days. You will be notified via email to the address listed on your account when this transaction has taken place. Please note that your banking institution may require additional days to process and post this transaction to your account once they have received the information from Larren's.
